WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

Orders made on our site are prepared and usually shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends) of the order confirmation.

As soon as the parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation mail with your order details.

HOW ARE SHIPPING RATES CALCULATED?

Shipping within the continental United States is a flat rate of $5.99 USD. 

For international shipping, there is a flat rate of $9.99 USD. 

Orders above $90.00 USD will be eligible for free shipping!

Free shipping is on select items only.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

For all Free or Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks delivery time.

For all Priority Expedited Shipping orders customers should expect to receive their item(s) in 3 - 5 business days. (not available on some items).

For all International Shipping, please allow up to 2 - 3 weeks for delivery time.

Yes, we do offer international shipping. 

ARE THERE CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES?

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Room Service Home is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHY DON'T I SEE MY TRACKING INFO?

It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the US carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link.
